EXPERIENCED CONCIERGE W/ VALET EXPERIENCE

FLOATER POSITION- EXPERIENCED FRONT DESK CONCIERGE/VALET -- Luxury hi-rise condominium looking for exceptional talent to join our team! CONCIERGE DUTIES :

Answering the front desk phone

Assisting residents and tenants with packages, dry cleaning, taxis and other basic concierge services

Data Entry

Monitor Security Cameras

Knowledge of the property

Arriving on time for your shift

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous concierge experience REQUIRED

Reliable transportation

Basic clerical skills

Neat appearance

Overall positive attitude

Punctuality and reliability

Excellent telephone etiquette

Must possess superior interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle assigned level of responsibility

Enthusiasm and patience while handling resident questions and concerns.

Ability to set a positive example of service and integrity at all times, while ensuring a professional and courteous environment for residents

VALET DUTIES :

Ticket/ register all incoming guest vehicles

Follow established protocol for tenant reserved parking schedule

Park incoming cars safely and efficiently

Accurately hang keys in the Valet Booth

Open car and building doors

Attempt to anticipate needs for all tenants and guests

Assist with wheelchairs and any other needed assistance

Clearly communicate via radio with Concierge and Maintenance Staff, as well as Management

Maintain a spotless environment

Follow all departmental procedures and policies to ensure satisfaction within the established guidelines

REQUIREMENTS :

Prior valet or hospitality experience A MUST

Must hold a valid driver’s license

Experience driving luxury vehicles preferred

Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Must project professionalism and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays
