Experienced Concrete Cutting Operator

About the role

You will operate a range of concrete cutting, drilling and specialist equipment across construction sites throughout Perth and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, reliable and confident working both independently and as part of a team. You will need to communicate professionally with clients, builders and site supervisors and be able to complete work safely and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Road and floor sawing
• Hand and ring sawing
• Wall sawing
• Core drilling
• Concrete chainsawing
• Wire sawing
• Concrete splitting and bursting
• Pile cropping using specialist equipment
• Other specialist concrete cutting and controlled demolition works

About you

• Minimum 2 years' solid experience in concrete cutting
• Competency operating concrete cutting and drilling equipment
• Strong understanding of construction site safety requirements
• Construction White Card
• Valid Australian driver's licence
• Ability to work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable and professional approach to work
• Experience with more technical or specialist concrete cutting methods highly regarded
• High Risk Work Licences, EWP tickets and other relevant construction tickets an advantage
