We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Concrete Finisher to join our field crew immediately for a full-time push through the end of the season. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality decorative stamped concrete, overlays, and epoxy flooring for residential and commercial projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while honing your skills in concrete finishing and related construction disciplines.

Duties

• Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to achieve a smooth, level, and durable finish.
• Operate concrete mixers, pumps, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently during pouring and finishing processes.
• Install rebar reinforcement and formwork according to construction plans to ensure structural integrity.
• Perform concrete cutting, pouring, curing, sealing, and surface treatments to meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a concrete finisher with a strong understanding of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and related trade skills.
• Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete pumping systems.
• Knowledge of construction estimating processes related to concrete work is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliable attendance and physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently and work in various weather conditions .
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to job sites across the 518 area.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the capacity to interpret technical specifications clearly and follow detailed instructions precisely.

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
