Experienced Construction Finisher

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Experienced Construction Finisher. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience completing residential and/or commercial construction projects and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. The Finisher will be responsible for completing final construction details, repairs, touch-ups, and Other tasks necessary to bring projects to completion.

Responsibilities Complete finishing work On residential and commercial construction projects Perform drywall patching, texturing, caulking, painting, and touch-up work

Install and repair trim, baseboards, doors, hardware, and other finish materials

Perform minor carpentry and general construction repairs Identify and correct deficiencies and incomplete work Maintain clean and organized work areas

Read and follow construction plans, drawings, and instructions

Safely operate common hand and power tools Work independently while following project schedules and deadlines

Communicate professionally with supervisors, subcontractors, and Customers Maintain high standards Of quality and attention to detail

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
