A genuine passion for hospitality and cooking. We are looking for someone who enjoys living in a beautiful part of the world but can switch on when it comes time to go to work. A challenge we know but people need to eat. There will be plenty of time to enjoy your surroundings.

• Takes pride in self and work area
• Has experience in high volume à la carte
• Can work unsupervised with a great work ethic
• You don't need to be fully qualified but must be experienced!
