What they need
The Pocket is a busy, growing Middle Eastern street-food eatery looking for an experienced, hands-on Cook or Chef to lead our open kitchen.
Your role:
- Lead the kitchen team and manage busy service
- Prepare and cook fresh Middle Eastern street food
- Maintain food quality, preparation and kitchen standards
- Communicate confidently with customers in our open kitchen
We're looking for someone with strong cooking experience, great communication skills, a positive attitude and the confidence to lead by example.
