Experienced Cook

At Sproul Lanes, great food is part of what keeps our customers coming back. We take pride in using quality ingredients and serving food that consistently exceeds expectations for a bowling center.

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable cook who can handle busy shifts while maintaining quality, accuracy, and consistency. This is a hands-on position for someone comfortable working independently and keeping the kitchen organized, stocked, clean, and ready for service.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook orders consistently, following established recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy league nights, parties, and events.
• Use the POS system to enter and track orders accurately.
• Complete food prep, monitor supplies, and communicate restocking needs.
• Maintain proper food storage, rotation, sanitation, and safe food handling.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and complete opening and closing duties.
• Communicate with counter staff and managers to keep service running smoothly.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Previous experience in a busy kitchen.
• Strong organization, timing, and attention to detail.
• Experience using a POS system.
• The ability to take ownership of daily kitchen tasks with minimal supervision.
• Pride in their food and a commitment to maintaining standards, even during a rush.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
