Experienced Cooks/Lead Cook

Gourmet Dining at Monmouth University is looking for Experienced Cooks and Lead Cooks. This is a great unique position for true culinarians in a University setting. Candidates would be responsible for working together as a team to produce high volume food, prepared to company specifications and dietary restrictions. The ideal team member would be working hands on, to produce an advanced cycle menu, a variety of catered buffet and plated events, and sporting events. Candidates must have a positive attitude, be team players and are passionate about food and take pride in the organization. Cleanliness and organization are of the upmost importance.
