Experienced Craft Cocktail Bartender

Beyond our main bar, we operate a dedicated event space and run busy food trucks operating six days a week. This provides unique opportunities for additional shifts, event catering, and diverse high-volume work environments

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Provide warm, attentive, and proactive hospitality to all guests, anticipating their needs and building regular clientele.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our beverage program, including spirits, flavor profiles, and classic cocktail builds.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist with prep work, including batching syrups, juices, and garnishes.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and responsibly manage alcohol service.
• Process payments accurately using our POS system and manage cash drawer reconciliation.
• Complete daily opening and closing checklists, ensuring the bar is pristine and set up for success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid ABC Card required upon hire.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience bartending in a high-volume craft cocktail bar or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of mixology techniques, balance, measurements, and premium spirits.
• Exceptional hospitality and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and clean workspace.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of agave spirits, specifically mezcal varieties and production methods, is a major plus.

Pay: $425.00 - $1,500.00 per week
