Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects.
• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, fixture installation, and general repair work.
• Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Diagnose problems and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Build trust with homeowners and business owners through professional communication and quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work independently while managing your daily schedule and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Follow company safety standards and represent the Mr. Handyman brand professionally on every job.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience in residential or commercial maintenance, remodeling, or repair.
• Strong skills across multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Self-starter who works well with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
