EXPERIENCED CROUPIERS

Overview

We are seeking experienced croupiers to join our prestigious gaming establishment. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in dealing card games and roulette and a professional demeanour, ensuring an exceptional gaming experience for our patrons. This role offers an engaging environment where attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a polished appearance are essential. Successful applicants will be responsible for managing gaming tables with integrity and precision, contributing to the overall reputation of our venue.

Responsibilities

• Deal a variety of casino games such as roulette, blackjack, 3-card poker and Heads Up Hold 'Em with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure adherence to all gaming regulations and house rules during gameplay
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards players at all times
• Manage chips, bets, and payouts accurately while monitoring game flow
• Observe players for suspicious activity or cheating and report any concerns promptly
• Assist in setting up gaming tables before opening and closing procedures after hours
• Promote a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat patronage while upholding strict security standards
• Keep the gaming area clean, organised, and well-presented throughout shifts

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a croupier within a recognised casino environment.
• Strong understanding of casino game rules and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele.
• Professional appearance and demeanour suitable for a high-end establishment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of relevant gaming regulations and responsible gambling practices is desirable.

Candidates should demonstrate integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Prior experience in a similar role will be highly valued in this dynamic setting.

Pay: £28,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
