Experienced Dealer - PT

• Deal assigned table games accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established game rules, approved procedures, and gaming regulations.
• Provide engaging, courteous, and professional service to guests, fostering an enjoyable and welcoming gaming experience.
• Protect the integrity of gaming operations by following established procedures for handling chips, cards, dice, and other gaming equipment.
• Maintain constant awareness of game activity, wagers, guest behavior, and potential irregularities.
• Identify and promptly report suspected suspicious activity, advantage play, procedural violations, and other concerns to management.
• Interact professionally with guests of varying experience levels, responding to questions and concerns with courtesy and discretion.
• Collaborate with Table Games Supervisors and team members to maintain efficient operations and consistent service standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional gaming station and adhere to established appearance and uniform standards.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions and remain current on gaming procedures, regulatory requirements, and operational updates.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience dealing casino table games in a professional gaming environment.
• Proficiency in the rules, procedures, and standard operating practices of assigned games.
• Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to perform mental arithmetic accurately under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail, observational skills, and the ability to maintain concentration in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated commitment to guest service.
• Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and sound judgement when handling challenging guest interaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts based on business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, as required by assigned game and operational needs.
• Must successfully satisfy all applicable gaming regulatory requirements and obtain and maintain gaming licensure in the state of Michigan.
