Experienced Deck Carpenter – Composite Decking & Railing

Beasley Construction Services is hiring an experienced deck carpenter in the Sanford, NC area. We need someone who can build decks correctly, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Frame pressure-treated decks
• Install composite and pressure-treated decking
• Install composite, vinyl, and wood railing systems
• Build stairs, landings, and handrails
• Read measurements and follow project plans
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite
• Produce professional-quality finished work

Requirements:

• Proven deck-building experience
• Experience installing composite decking and railing
• Knowledge of proper framing, layout, fastening, and flashing practices
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be available to travel for out-of-town projects, including work in the Lake Gaston area
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a crew
• Ability to lift construction materials and work outdoors
• References or photos of previous work are preferred

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands deck construction and takes pride in doing the job right.

Location: Sanford, NC, Lake Gaston, and surrounding areasSchedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional extended hours and out-of-town travelPay: Competitive and based on verified experience and skill level
