Experienced Dental Assistant

Position Summary:

You will work closely with our dentists, denturists, and administrative team to ensure seamless patient care—from chairside surgical assistance and laboratory support to one-on-one treatment presentations and patient education.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Dental Assisting

• Assist the dentist chairside during oral surgery and restorative procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care
• Take digital radiographs, impressions, and intraoral scans
• Provide postoperative instructions and patient education
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols

Denture Laboratory Support

• Assist the denturist with denture fabrication, relines, repairs, and adjustments
• Pour models, trim casts, and organize laboratory cases
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies

Qualifications Required

• Dental Assisting Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dental software and digital technology
• Reliable transportation

Preferred

• Experience with oral surgery, prosthodontics, or removable prosthetics
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
