  • Unscheduled Treatment Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment recommendations and assist with scheduling their care.
  • Dental Insurance: Understand insurance benefits, coverage estimates, and patient financial responsibilities.
  • Practice Management Software: Accurately manage appointments, treatment plans, patient records, and financial information.
  • Daily Front Office Operations: Take ownership of daily responsibilities, stay organized, solve problems, and work collaboratively with the dental team.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on dental front-office experience required.
  • Experience presenting dental treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements required.
  • Strong experience scheduling restorative and hygiene appointments.
  • Ability to independently handle check-in, checkout, phone calls, scheduling, collections, and treatment coordination.
  • Solid understanding of dental insurance and patient financing.
  • Experience using dental practice management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Confident, friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong follow-through and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy dental environment.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed.

What We Offer

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • A professional, team-oriented work environment.
