Patient Services

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Explaining office policies and procedures
• Assisting patients with forms and paperwork
• Records Management
• Maintaining patient records

Office Administration

• Coordinating the daily appointment schedule
• Managing patient recall and reminder systems
• Confirmations
• Communicating with dental staff and doctor
• Assisting the dentist and clinical staff with administrative tasks
• Updating patient information
• Ensuring confidentiality of medical records
• Managing electronic dental software systems

Skills commonly required:

• Customer service and communication
• Organization and attention to detail
• Basic computer and scheduling software skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance procedures (often learned on the job)
• Ability to multitask in a busy office

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
