Experienced Dental Receptionist

Full/Part Time Experienced Receptionist required for a busy 2 new clinics in Kells and Navan Co. Meath

We are looking for someone who is interested in career progression.

The ideal candidate will have dental experience, be friendly and welcoming with a customer orientated approach

Have excellent computer skills

Social Media competency essential

Work in close partnership with the team and take instruction from the dentists and management

Have the ability to take ownership and responsibility for policies and procedures in the practice.

Job Duties:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors
• Scheduling Appointments
• Carrying out requests from management as needed
• Maintaining stock and ordering supplies
• Answering emails
• Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
• Managing website functions and social media

Flexibility Required

Dental Experience desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From €15.00 per hour
