Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, and interior detailing to meet high standards of cleanliness
• Apply polishing, buffing, and waxing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance and protect paintwork
• Conduct window tinting installations with attention to detail and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Assist with basic car wash procedures using appropriate equipment and cleaning agents
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process
• Follow safety guidelines during all detailing activities and operate relevant tools responsibly

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Experience in car wash services or automotive detailing preferred
• Knowledge of buffing, polishing, and cleaning techniques for vehicles preferred
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Janitorial or custodial experience is a plus for maintaining work areas
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for moving vehicles when necessary
• Familiarity with window tinting installation processes is desirable
• Take initiative without being told

Pay

• We pay $16-18 to start plus tips (Base)
• After probationary period you will move to flat rate of 25%
• Opportunity to make additional 10% commission on upselling or self generated leads.
