We are seeking experienced and motivated Drillers to join our growing Drill & Blast teams across Western Australia.
Multiple positions are available on established mining operations, offering long-term opportunities for the right candidates.

�� AVAILABLE POSITIONS
1. Production Drillers

• Operate production drill rigs safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production targets and operational standards.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance.
• Work closely with blast crews and supervisors.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity and teamwork.

2. Experienced D65 Grade Control Drillers

• Proven experience operating Epiroc D65 drill rigs in RC grade control.
• Experience managing sample quality and maintaining production.
• Ability to lead a crew while maintaining safe work practices.
• Strong understanding of drilling operations and grade control requirements.

3. Experienced Exploration Drillers

• Previous RC exploration drilling experience.
• Experience operating Hydco and/or Schramm drill rigs.
• Strong drilling knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated crew management and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to safe and efficient drilling operations.

✅ ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current HR Driver’s Licence — mandatory minimum requirement.
• Previous mining experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Reliable, motivated and able to work effectively within a team.
• National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.

⭐ HIGHLY REGARDED

• Experience operating production drill rigs, including Top Hammer or RC.
• Experience on Atlas Copco track-mounted blast hole drill rigs, including D7, F9, F9C, L7 and T45.
• Experience operating Schramm T685 RC drill rigs.
• Experience operating Epiroc D65 rigs in RC grade control.
• RC exploration experience using Hydco and/or Schramm drill rigs.
• Working at Heights certification.
• First Aid Certificate.
• Confined Space certification.
• Loader, Telehandler or other mobile plant tickets.
