Experienced Electrical Salesperson

LEL Electric is a growing electrical company serving the Metro Phoenix area. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Salesperson to join our team on a commission-based compensation structure.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced salesperson who is motivated by performance and wants the opportunity to earn based on the business they generate.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their electrical needs
• Generate new sales and develop customer relationships
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Follow up with leads and customers
• Identify additional electrical service opportunities
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Coordinate with the LEL Electric team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Represent LEL Electric professionally throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience in electrical sales
• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial electrical services
• Proven sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and driven to meet sales goals
• Professional and dependable
• Able to work independently
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Willing to travel throughout the Metro Phoenix area

Compensation

Commission-based position

LEL Electric is a growing electrical company providing residential and commercial electrical services throughout the Metro Phoenix area. We handle everything from smaller electrical repairs and installations to remodels and new construction.
