We are looking for an experienced Erector to join our production team.

What Your Work Will Entail

As an Erector, you will be responsible for assembling and installing key structural and component parts of leisure homes during production, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with company quality and safety standards.

Assembly & Installation

• Assemble and erect structural components of leisure homes in accordance with production requirements.
• Fit and secure panels, framework, roof components, floors, and associated fixtures as required.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and relevant equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and specifications to ensure accurate fitting.
• Check components for correct alignment, fit, and finish throughout the erection process.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrectly manufactured components.

Quality & Production Standards

• Ensure work is completed right first time and meets company quality expectations.
• Carry out checks during assembly and resolve straightforward fitting issues where appropriate.
• Maintain clean, organised, and safe work areas.
• Meet agreed production targets while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

Teamwork & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with colleagues across production and other departments to keep the build process running smoothly.
• Communicate any issues that may affect quality, safety, or production schedules.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety requirements at all times.

What We're Looking For

Requirements

• Proven experience in an erector, assembler, caravan manufacturing, construction, or similar hands-on role.
• Practical experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow technical drawings, measurements, and assembly instructions.
• Good understanding of safe working practices and health and safety requirements.
• Strong attention todetail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work to production deadlines.
