Duties

• Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, Pedicure, manicure,eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care with precision and care.
• Conduct product demonstrations and recommend skincare or beauty products tailored to each guest’s needs.
• Deliver excellent guest services by creating a warm, friendly atmosphere and addressing client inquiries professionally.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing walk-ins, and handling retail sales with enthusiasm.
• Upsell additional treatments or products to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Stay current with industry trends and new techniques to continually improve service quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an esthetician with a strong portfolio of treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices for maintaining a clean workspace.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks including retail sales, front desk duties, and guest services seamlessly.
• Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for estheticians.
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

Pay: $15.00-$18.50 per hour
