Duties

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and recommended aesthetic treatments tailored to individual needs
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
• Engage in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and conducting product demos to boost client loyalty
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, address concerns, and ensure an exceptional experience during each visit
• Assist in promoting services through client communication and upselling opportunities to grow the business

Requirements

• Valid MO esthetician license as required by state or local regulations
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and waxing
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their aesthetic goals
• Demonstrated commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments performed
• Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
• Passion for continuous learning about new skincare techniques, products, and industry trends
