Experienced Estimator

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to effectively communicate our top-of-the-line product benefits and drive sales. We offer commission-based pay and will provide all training needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Provide real time estimates based on measurements, house specifications, and customer preferences.
• Utilize up-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Follow up with leads as often as needed to close the job.
• Facilitate leads in addition to leads provided.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper payment handling procedures are followed.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
• Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and industry trends to better assist customers.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated.
• Previous experience in sales with effective closing rate.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Computer and phone skills and the ability to learn and adapt to new programs.
• Basic math skills.
• Previous experience in the construction industry, especially Roofing, Windows, Siding, and Gutters is preferred.
• A positive and team-focused attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
• Clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
