Experienced Evening Embroidery Operator

Logo Masters is looking for a motivated self-driven individual who’s looking to join our team!

We are looking for an experienced embroidery operator to join our production team to help make all our custom products. Looking for someone detail oriented and works well with their hands. This is an evening position, must know how to use embroidery machines as you will be working independently. Experience is a must!

Ideal candidate will be:

• Self-starter: for example, you see an issue with a product, and you offer solutions to fix it
• Extremely detail oriented to ensure each order goes out the door just as ordered
• Coachable and resourceful
• Trustworthy and transparent, you are holding the key to daily operations, so transparency and direct communication is important
• Open to feedback
• Have a "yes" attitude and be willing to learn new things!

Responsibilities:

• Operate Happy 6 & 8-head embroidery machine as well as a single head, including thread, bobbin, and needle changes
• Operate Barudan 8 head embroidery machine as well as single head.
• Be able to move to different sections as needed
• Confirm correct logo, placement, and thread colors used
• Setup files on embroidery machines
• Place apparel on hoops
• Communicate with the art department and production to prioritize and execute workflow
• Multitask to maintain production rate consistency
• Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production
• Perform daily cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.) and sorting as needed to keep production and storage area clean
• Follow all company policies
• Follow production schedule to ensure all orders are produced on time

We start you off on a 90-day contract probation period. Paid Weekly.

You would be paid on an hourly basis.

Ideal hours are from 4-10, we are flexible.
