Experienced Executive Protection Agent **ON CALL BASIS**

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Experienced Executive Protection Agent to join our team on an on-call basis. This role is vital in ensuring the safety and security of high-profile clients, corporate executives, and other individuals requiring discreet, professional protection. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in physical security, emergency response, and conflict management, with the flexibility to respond promptly to dynamic situations. You will be responsible for providing proactive security measures, conducting thorough threat assessments, and maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance and operational management. Your expertise in law enforcement procedures, security systems, and customer service will be essential in delivering exceptional protection services.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive protection by monitoring client movements and ensuring their safety during all engagements
• Conduct comprehensive background checks on individuals requiring access to protected clients or premises
• Manage access control systems to regulate entry points and verify authorized personnel or visitors
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, including medical incidents requiring first aid or CPR
• Utilize security systems knowledge to operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and other security technology
• Perform physical security tasks such as patrolling premises, inspecting facilities, and heavy lifting when necessary
• Write detailed incident reports, security logs, and operational documentation accurately and promptly
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders during critical incidents or investigations
• Enforce compliance with security regulations and company policies while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Support team management activities by assisting in training new security personnel and overseeing daily operations

Experience

• Proven experience as an executive protection agent or in a related security role with a focus on high-profile client safety
• Background in military service or law enforcement is highly desirable
• Demonstrated expertise in performing background checks, surveillance techniques, and conflict management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for report writing and operational documentation
• Knowledge of security systems including access control systems, CCTV operations, alarms, and emergency response protocols
• Strong understanding of physical security measures, operational management, and compliance standards
• Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to remain calm under pressure during emergencies
• Physical fitness capable of heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or patrolling
• Valid certifications in first aid and CPR are preferred but not mandatory; ongoing training is supported
