Compensation:

$99,000 + OTE

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients in developing personalized financial plans that align with their long-term goals and aspirations.

• Educate clients on wealth management, retirement planning, life insurance, and business owner strategies.

• Analyze market trends and financial data to provide informed recommendations that enhance clients' portfolios.

• Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize their financial needs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to wealth management.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service.

• Monitor clients' financial progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continued alignment with their objectives.

• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to provide compliant and effective financial advice to clients.

Qualifications:

• 1- 3 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management, with a focus on personalized client strategies.

• NY State Life, Accident & Health License.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication.

• Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliant financial advice.

• Strong problem-solving skills to adapt strategies based on clients' evolving financial needs.

• Excellent communication skills to educate clients on financial products and services.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering a supportive atmosphere for growth and innovation.
