Compensation:

$120,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Provide personalized financial advice and solutions, including investment and insurance options, to help clients achieve their objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans to ensure they remain aligned with their evolving goals and market conditions.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists to deliver comprehensive financial planning services that address clients' unique situations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and strategies.
• Utilize Thompson Financial Group's resources and tools to enhance client service and streamline advisory processes.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand your client base through networking and community involvement in the Baltimore-Towson area.

Qualifications:

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations (or equivalent 63/65 combination).
• Active state Life and Health Insurance licenses for Maryland.
• Minimum 2–3 years of client‑facing experience as a financial advisor, planner, or financial professional in investments and/or insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in clear terms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated business mindset and track record of business development or practice growth.
