EXPERIENCED FLOOR/WAITING STAFF

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating, menus, and inquiries to foster a positive first impression
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling and service to uphold health standards
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff with basic culinary duties
• Manage multiple tables with effective time management to provide prompt and attentive service
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction throughout their visit

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, demonstrating excellent guest service skills
• Strong knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Good understanding of kitchen operations and culinary processes is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and inventory checks accurately
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
