Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and motivated Experienced Framers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing frameworks for various building projects, including metal structures, concrete forms, and wood frameworks. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life by interpreting technical drawings and executing precise measurements. Duties

• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine framing specifications and dimensions
• Erect metal buildings, metal stud framing, and other structural frameworks with precision and adherence to safety standards
• Install concrete forms and rebar for foundations, ensuring proper alignment and stability for pouring concrete
• Perform drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, siding, and trim carpentry to achieve finished surfaces that meet design specifications
• Operate power tools such as saws, drills, welders, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely and effectively
• Measure dimensional details accurately using tape measures and other measuring devices; perform calculations involving basic math for precise cuts and placements
• Execute heavy lifting tasks safely while managing materials like steel beams, lumber, rebar, or siding components
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; adhere strictly to safety protocols on-site
• Collaborate with construction management teams to interpret plans accurately and ensure project milestones are met efficiently

Qualifications

• Proven experience in framing carpentry with a strong background in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, drywall installation, or remodeling projects
• Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings with attention to detail
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, heavy machinery operation, and measuring devices such as tape measures
• Knowledge of construction plans related to metal stud framing, rebar installation, siding, trim carpentry, plastering, and woodworking
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining stamina throughout long workdays
• Strong understanding of dimensional measurements and basic math skills necessary for precise framing work
• Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety standards; familiarity with interpreting technical specifications is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when required
