Experienced Full-Service Server

The Tana House is seeking an experienced, polite, clean, professional, and dependable server who takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality.

We are looking for someone who understands that excellent service means more than taking orders. Our servers should make every guest feel welcomed, respected, and well cared for while maintaining a clean and professional environment at all times.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant experience preferred
• Polite, respectful, and welcoming with every guest
• Excellent personal hygiene and a clean, professional appearance
• Keeps tables, floors, service stations, and guest areas clean throughout the entire shift
• Strong menu knowledge and ability to confidently recommend dishes
• Comfortable handling multiple tables during busy service
• Accurate order taking and POS experience
• Attentive without constantly interrupting guests
• Professional when handling complaints or difficult situations
• Dependable and punctual
• Works well with chefs, servers, hosts, and other team members
• Willing to bus tables, wash dishes, clean, restock, and help wherever needed
• Completes opening and closing cleaning duties properly
• Maintains food-safety and sanitation standards
• Positive attitude with no “that's not my job” mentality

We want servers who are experienced enough to handle a busy restaurant, polished enough to provide excellent service, and humble enough to help keep the entire restaurant clean.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 35.0 per week
