Olivia 91 Restaurant & Lounge is hiring 5 experienced servers to join our team.

We are looking for servers who already understand full service dining, know how to manage multiple tables, provide excellent customer service, communicate with guests, and stay calm during busy service.

This is not an entry level serving position. Previous restaurant serving experience is required.

Positions Available

Day Shift
2 Servers Needed

Wednesday through Sunday

11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Evening Shift
3 Servers Needed

Wednesday through Sunday

5:00 PM to Midnight

Applicants must be consistently available Wednesday through Sunday for the shift they are applying for.

Olivia 91 is closed Monday and Tuesday.

What We Are Looking For

We want experienced servers who know how to take care of customers from the moment they sit down until they leave.

The right person will be:

• Able to communicate with guests when there are delays
• Knowledgeable and comfortable explaining menu items
• Able to make menu recommendations

• Punctual and dependable
• Able to work well with the kitchen, bartenders, hosts, and other servers
• Able to handle guest concerns professionally
• Able to work independently without constant supervision

Responsibilities Include

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Enter orders correctly into the POS system
• Explain menu items, ingredients, specials, and preparation methods
• Make recommendations and answer guest questions
• Manage multiple tables and large parties
• Check on guests throughout their dining experience
• Keep guests informed if their food is taking longer than expected
• Run food and assist other team members when necessary
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
• Process guest payments accurately
• Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work
• Communicate professionally with kitchen staff and management
• Maintain excellent customer service even during high volume periods

Experience Required

We are specifically looking for experienced servers.

If you have never served in a full service restaurant before, this position is not the right fit.

Applicants should already understand table service, POS systems, taking orders, managing several tables, communicating with the kitchen, handling payments, and providing professional customer service.

Schedule Requirement

You must be available Wednesday through Sunday.

Day Shift:
11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Evening Shift:
5:00 PM to Midnight

Pay: $2.33 - $5.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
