Experienced Full Time Baker

Petit Pierre Bakery is hiring a Full Time Baker at our Phinney/Greenwood location with high volume baking experience. We are a French bakery with two locations in Seattle, Magnolia and Phinney Ridge. We make everything from scratch in our bakery i.e. croissants, cookies, cakes, petit gateau, desserts, lunch items, etc. Great place to learn how to do everything pastry related, expand and grow management skills and all the free coffee you can drink!

Requirements for this position are, but not limited to:

Commercial baking experience

Lamination experience a plus

Works well independently
Team player
Cleanliness and organized
Must be able to lift 50lbs
Must be able to work on feet for 8 hrs a shift
Able to work weekends and early mornings (some shifts can start at 4:30am)
Reliable transportation
Current Food Handlers Card

Full Time 32-40 a week
