HAVE YOU GOT WHAT IT TAKES?

We're looking for someone who knows their way around a garage door and isn't afraid to get stuck in!

You MUST have:

• Proven experience as a Garage Door Service Technician.
• Experience replacing garage door springs, motors and other components.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Great time management and organisational skills.
• Pride in your workmanship and a positive, can-do attitude.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

• Garage door installations.
• Residential gate motors and repairs.
• Commercial garage doors and shutters.
• Smart motors, Wi-Fi connectivity and automation.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

No two days are the same!

You'll be out on the road, meeting customers, solving problems and getting garage doors working safely again.

Your role will include:

• Diagnosing, servicing and repairing garage doors and motors.
• Attending emergency breakdowns and carrying out repairs.
• Replacing springs, motors and other faulty components.
• Providing customers with honest, professional advice and suitable product recommendations.
• Working with residential customers, real estate agencies and body corporates.
• Processing customer payments via EFTPOS.
• Liaising directly with our friendly office team, who take care of the invoicing.
• Working primarily throughout Greater Brisbane, Ipswich and the Scenic Rim, with opportunities across our expanding service areas.

You'll also have opportunities to further develop your skills in garage door installations, gate automation and smart motor technology.
