Innovative Environmental Technologies, Inc. (IET) is a growing environmental remediation, drilling, and field services firm. We are currently seeking an experienced Environmental & Geotechnical Driller to join our Fort Worth, Texas team.

Position Overview

The Environmental & Geotechnical Driller will be responsible for performing geotechnical and environmental drilling operations across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This position involves operating and maintaining drilling equipment, following strict safety protocols, and working closely with project managers and field teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform geotechnical and environmental drilling using direct push, auger, wash, and air rotary methods
• Operate, inspect, and maintain drilling rigs and associated equipment
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and site-specific requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members and project managers
• Accurately complete field documentation as required

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining heavy drilling equipment
• Proficiency in direct push, auger, wash, and air rotary drilling methods
• Strong knowledge of equipment inspection and routine maintenance
• Solid understanding of on-site safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Physical stamina and adaptability for outdoor fieldwork in varying conditions

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred)
• Willingness to travel as required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
• Must pass a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
