Experienced Graphics Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for digital marketing, social media, branding, websites, presentations, and other company communication materials.

You should have a strong eye for design, good understanding of branding and typography, and the ability to turn ideas and concepts into professional visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative and professional graphics for social media platforms.
• Create posts, banners, advertisements, promotional materials, and campaigns.
• Develop graphics for websites, landing pages, blogs, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Design company presentations, brochures, flyers, certificates, and other corporate materials.
• Maintain consistency with company brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing, SEO, content, and development teams.
• Convert creative concepts and briefs into high-quality visual designs.
• Resize and adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
• Stay updated with current design trends and digital marketing requirements.
• Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality.
• Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or Adobe InDesign is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Knowledge of social media design requirements.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and professional designs.
• Good attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or relevant education in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Pay: Rs21,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
