What they need
SC Evans Developments is looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our growing team working on residential and commercial development projects.
We are looking for someone with solid experience in all aspects of groundwork and site preparation who can work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Drainage installation
- Foundations and footings
- Kerbing and edging
- Concreting and slab work
- Excavation and site preparation
- Operating plant and machinery
- Reading site drawings and working to specifications
- Maintaining health & safety standards on site
Requirements
- Proven groundwork experience
- CSCS Card required
- CPCS/NPORS advantageous
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team
