What they need
Head Barman required for a very busy restaurant/sports bar with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Must have excellent knowledge in cocktails and coffees.
Must have knowledge in daily stock takes and variance reports.
Must have strong leadership skills and be able to lead a team of barman to ensure that the bars operate efficiently and effectively.
Must be able to manage the storeroom and place orders as and when required.
Must know Microsoft and experience in creating excel spreadsheets.
Must know how to work Pilot Software.
