Experienced Host / Hostess

We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and organized Host/Hostess to join our team!

The ideal candidate has previous restaurant experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with questions.
• Coordinate with servers and management to ensure smooth seating and service.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous host/hostess experience in a restaurant is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy hours.
• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
