Experienced House Cleaner

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our residential cleaning team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, works efficiently, and understands what it takes to leave a home genuinely clean—not just surface-level tidy.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential cleaning of houses, apartments, and other homes.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, baseboards, doors, and fixtures.
• Vacuum and mop floors using appropriate cleaning methods.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, counters, and other bathroom surfaces.
• Clean kitchen appliances, countertops, cabinets, sinks, and backsplashes.
• Empty garbage and replace liners.
• Clean mirrors, glass, and other visible surfaces.
• Make beds and perform general tidying when requested.
• Pay close attention to high-touch and frequently overlooked areas.
• Identify areas that require additional attention and communicate with management when necessary.
• Follow cleaning checklists and company standards.
• Properly use cleaning products and equipment.
• Respect clients' homes, belongings, privacy, and personal property.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Report any damage, maintenance issues, or unusual situations found inside a client's home.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of proper residential cleaning techniques.
• Experience using common cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from cleaning appointments.
• Ability to arrive on time and consistently follow scheduled appointments.
• Professional and respectful communication with clients and team members.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and cleaning checklists.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
