Experienced House Cleaner

Bravo Maids is looking for experienced, dependable residential cleaners in San Diego.

We already have cleaning jobs ready. We need professionals who take ownership of their work, communicate well, and can be trusted to make good decisions inside a customer's home.

You do not need to own a cleaning company to apply. However, experience working independently, managing your own customers, or operating a cleaning business is a huge plus.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• $30-$45 per active cleaning hour, depending on the job

• Job details and payout provided before you accept

• Deep cleans, recurring cleans, and move-in/move-out jobs

• Choose the jobs, locations, and days that work for you

• No mandatory shifts or minimum number of jobs

• Keep 100% of customer tips

• Jobs available now throughout San Diego

This is independent contract work. You can accept or decline each opportunity.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Has at least one year of paid residential cleaning experience

• Has reliable transportation

• Has their own vacuum, mop, cleaning products, and basic supplies

• Is dependable and arrives when promised

• Communicates professionally with customers

• Takes pride in doing complete, consistent work

• Can work independently without being constantly supervised

• Is willing to speak up when something is wrong

• Can pass a background screening

• Carries liability insurance or is willing to obtain it before accepting jobs

YOUR JUDGMENT MATTERS

Customers do not always describe their homes accurately.

Before beginning a job, we need you to assess the property. If the home is unsafe, heavily neglected, excessively cluttered, or will require substantially more work than expected, contact us before continuing.

We will determine whether to:

• Adjust the scope or payout

• Approve additional time

• Convert the job to hourly work

• Reschedule the service

• Decline the job

We do not want cleaners quietly absorbing hours of unexpected work or continuing in unsafe conditions. We want professionals who protect themselves, the customer, and the business.

A HUGE PLUS - BUT NOT REQUIRED

We are especially interested in applicants who:

• Have their own cleaning business or personal clients

• Have liability insurance

• Have online reviews or professional references

• Have managed customer expectations or complaints

• Understand how inaccurate estimates affect the cleaner and the business

• May eventually want to manage a team or take on more responsibility
