We’re seeking an experienced HR Partner to join us in an Abuja-based partnership capacity. This opportunity is designed for a seasoned HR professional who wants to work independently on a project basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive HR audits and workforce assessments.
* Develop and implement tailored HR recommendations for clients.
* Plan and coordinate physical and remote training programs.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven HR experience, particularly in auditing and training.
* Ability to work independently and manage client projects.
* Must reside in Abuja, Nigeria.
This is a partnership role that offers flexibility, operating independently rather than as a traditional employee.
