URGENT HIRING – HR MANAGER

Job Summary:
A reputable real estate firm is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee the company’s human resources operations, employee relations, recruitment and overall people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, performance management and staff welfare.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Coordinate staff training, development and performance appraisal.
• Manage attendance, leave, disciplinary matters and other employee issues.
• Support payroll and compensation-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees.
• Develop strategies to improve employee engagement, retention and productivity.
• Prepare HR reports and provide management with relevant workforce insights.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• 5 – 10 years of proven HR experience.
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and labour regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Must be proactive, professional and result-oriented.
