Experienced HSE advisors

We're looking for experienced HSE Advisors  

What you will be doing

• Providing HSE support to fixed plant maintenance and shutdown activity
• Field leadership: workplace inspections, hazard reviews, pre-starts and toolbox sessions
• Supporting permit to work and isolation processes
• Participating in and completing incident investigations, including ICAM
• Coaching supervisors and crews on critical risk controls
• Reporting and closing out corrective actions

What you will need

• Three or more years in an HSE Advisor role, ideally in processing, fixed plant or heavy maintenance
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety as a minimum, Diploma well regarded
• Preferred: Experience participating in ICAM investigations. You do not need to have led one
• Confidence working directly with trades and maintenance supervisors
• Current WA driver's licence and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A
