What You'll Do

As an HVAC Installation Technician Assistant, you will work closely with experienced installation professionals to help install residential heating and cooling systems while developing the skills needed for long-term success in the HVAC trade.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with residential HVAC system installations
• Supporting lead installers with equipment setup and installation
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Learning installation techniques, safety procedures, and industry best practices
• Providing professional and courteous service to homeowners
• Working collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently

What We're Looking For

• HVAC installation experience preferred
• Relevant licenses and certifications are a plus
