Houseman Refrigeration is looking for an experienced HVAC Installation Lead who can take charge of residential and commercial installation projects.

We're an established, family-owned HVAC/R company serving Western New York. We take pride in quality workmanship, doing the job right, and taking care of our customers.

What You'll Do

• Independently lead HVAC installation projects from preparation through startup.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, and related equipment.
• Direct and work alongside installation helpers.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite needs.
• Ensure installations are completed safely, correctly, and professionally.
• Communicate job progress and any issues to management.

What We're Looking For

• Strong, hands-on HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to lead an installation crew without constant supervision.
• Experience with residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
• Solid understanding of ductwork, refrigerant piping, electrical connections, and equipment startup.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.
• Valid driver's license.

Commercial refrigeration and Mitsubishi ductless experience are a plus.
