We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers etc.
• Perform routine maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and service calls.
• Service and troubleshoot light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Identify system issues and provide effective, reliable solutions.
• Clearly explain repair options, recommendations, and estimates to customers.
• Recommend system replacements, upgrades, accessories, and maintenance memberships when appropriate.
• Use ServiceTitan to manage service calls, create estimates, create purchase orders, document work, and maintain accurate service records and invoices.
• Build customer relationships while generating sales through quality service and professional recommendations.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and applicable local codes.
• Keep company vehicles clean, stocked, and organized.
• Communicate effectively with the office and fellow team members.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a residential HVAC Service Technician.
• Previous hands-on ServiceTitan experience is required.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers.
• Experience with light commercial HVAC service is a plus.
• Strong sales and customer service skills, including presenting options, overcoming objections, and closing approved work.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
