Position Summary:

Phase 3 Energy and Power Solutions, LLC is seeking safety-driven and experienced Electrical (I&E) Journeymen to join our growing team supporting oil and gas facilities throughout the Permian and Delaware Basin. I&E Journeyman Essential Job Functions:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation and electrical equipment
• Install conduit, cable trays, tubing, and wiring systems
• Calibrate transmitters, pressure devices, flow meters, level instruments, and control valves
• Perform equipment startups and commissioning activities
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with crews and provide safe, efficient work performance
• Travel regularly to job sites across West Texas and other assigned regions

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3+ years of oil & gas experience preferred
• Experience working in production facilities, compressor stations, gas plants, and midstream facilities
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, wiring diagrams, and isometric drawings
• Knowledge of instrumentation installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and commissioning
• Experience with conduit installation, cable tray, cable pulling, terminations, and electrical equipment installation
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and industry standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pass pre-employment screening and drug testing
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted and work at heights over 100 feet
• Employment for this role is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and MVR check in accordance with company policy and applicable laws

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This role is performed in outdoor field, construction site and shop environments and requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

• Standing, walking, bending, and working on your feet for extended periods.
• The position involves frequent physical labor, including lifting and carrying heavy items. Candidates must be able to safely handle these tasks and perform additional physical duties as needed to support operations.
• Performing physical activities requiring use of arms, legs, and full-body movement (e.g., uneven surfaces, stand/sit long periods of time, bending, stooping, hard surfaces, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching).
• Having sufficient visual acuity to perform essential functions of the job.
• Wearing required PPE, which may include safety glasses, head protection, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots.
• This role requires regular travel to and from field locations, often in varied and sometimes inclement weather conditions.
