Position: Part-Time

Snow Quest Immigration is seeking a highly experienced Immigration Case Manager / Case Worker who can independently prepare, manage and file Canadian immigration applications from start to finish with minimal supervision.

This is NOT an entry-level position. Previous hands-on immigration case-processing experience is mandatory.

• Express Entry – CEC / FSW
• Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs)
• Permanent Residence applications
• Spousal Open Work Permits (SOWP)
• Study Permits
• Post-Graduation Work Permits (PGWP)
• Work Permits and Extensions
• Francophone Mobility Work Permits
• Visitor Visas
• Super Visas
• Visitor Records
• Restoration of Status
• Spousal Sponsorship
• Citizenship applications

Key Responsibilities

The candidate must be confident and capable of:

• Independently preparing complete applications from start to finish
• Reviewing client documents and identifying missing or inconsistent information
• Preparing forms, supporting documents and submission packages
• Managing multiple active client files simultaneously
• Communicating with clients and following up for required documents
• Maintaining organized electronic client files
• Monitoring application deadlines and status expiries
• Conducting detailed quality checks before submission
• Working efficiently with online immigration portals and case-management systems
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and professional standards

Mandatory Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of documented, hands-on Canadian immigration case-processing experience is required.

Applicants must have actually prepared and managed immigration applications independently. General administrative experience, theoretical immigration knowledge, or education alone will not meet the requirements for this position.

Strong computer skills, attention to detail, organization, documentation skills and the ability to manage files independently are essential.

RCICs with relevant hands-on case-management experience are also welcome to apply.
