ESL Fabrications is looking for an experienced Industrial Cladder to join our growing manufacturing team.

We're particularly interested in speaking to someone who has spent years working on construction sites, has built up a wealth of practical experience and is now looking for something a little closer to home.

If you're fed up with travelling around the country, staying away during the week or spending your working life on building sites, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.

The Role

This is a predominantly factory-based position, working on modular buildings, steel-framed structures and associated cladding systems.

We're looking for someone who can bring their knowledge and experience into the business and help us continue developing our in-house cladding capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installation of industrial cladding systems, including composite and insulated panels.
• Installation of flashings, trims, gutters and rainwater goods.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Measuring, cutting and fitting cladding materials.
• Working alongside our existing fabrication and manufacturing teams.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Occasional site installation work when required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in industrial or commercial cladding is essential.
• A strong background in site installation.
• Good practical knowledge of cladding systems and installation methods.
• Ability to read drawings and work independently.
• Someone who takes pride in their workmanship.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
